If you undertake occasional work for friends or family whether paid or unpaid, or separate to your main employment or unemployed status you must comply with the Code of Conduct and follow the practice registration protocol. All requests must be accompanied by supporting evidence.

The Institute is entitled to seek additional evidence at any time. If your situation changes during the subscription year, you must contact the Institute immediately and pay the relevant difference between the concessionary and the relevant full subscription rate.

I have read and understand my obligations with regard to the concessionary subscription rate. I understand that I continue to be bound by the Code of Conduct and other Regulations in force. I understand that failure to inform the Institute in writing of any changes in my circumstances may result in referral to the Conduct Committee.

On behalf of my organisation

1. I submit this completed form as an accurate record in support of our organization's request to join the CIAT AGBC Scheme.

2. We understand the obligations as set out in Section C of the Code of Conduct for AGBCs.

3. We agree to accept the decision of the Institute regarding our suitability for admission onto the AGBC Scheme. If admitted, we will abide by the rules and regulations as defined in the Charter, Bye-laws, and Regulations and as specified in the CIAT Code of Conduct, and any other related subsidiary rules as amended from time to time.

4. If accepted, we understand that our formal Registration confirmation as an organization can be withdrawn as a 'CIAT Affiliate Group Body Corporate' and that no other refund is permitted.

5. As required by the Code and the AGBC requirements, there will be a CIAT-administered review of any change and inaccuracies for our organization in writing, affecting my/our participation in the AGBC status.

6. I assert that the organization, will conform in avoiding unlawful online risk or non-responsibility, and that your relevant data protection may be included to stop use as necessary.

If at any time the CIAT discovers that you have failed to disclose any of the above or that you have provided false information, it will have the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect (with no further obligation to refund any subscriptions or fees).

We aim to process your application within five weeks and will notify your AGBC status as soon as possible. Should you wish to have confirmation before this time, please email the Membership Department.

Are you an undischarged bankrupt or, within the last three years, have you been subject to any insolvency proceedings or other arrangements with creditors in respect of your debts (such as an Individual Voluntary Arrangement?)

Do you have any unspent convictions that would fall within the relevant criminal convictions defined within Disciplinary Regulations?

All advertisements are accepted subject to CIAT’s approval of the copy. CIAT reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel advertisements submitted.
CIAT reserves the right to omit or suspend an advertisement at any time, in which no claim on the part of the advertiser for breach of contract shall arise. Such omission or suspension shall be notified to the advertiser as soon as possible in writing.
Every care is taken to avoid mistakes but CIAT cannot accept liability for any errors due to third parties, subcontractors or inaccurate copy instructions.
CIAT will not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of profits or other consequential loss) resulting from the delay or failure of an advertisement to appear on the date/s specified.
The advertiser shall be responsible for the insurance of all property, artwork or other materials supplied to CIAT who cannot accept any liability for loss or damage.
The advertiser will indemnify CIAT in full in respect of any claim for damage, loss or expense for damage made against CIAT arising from an advertisement.
The advertiser shall be responsible for ensuring and warrants that:
(i)   the advertisement is legal, truthful, honest and decent and otherwise complies with the British Advertising code of Practice;
(ii)   the advertisement complies with all relevant legislation including but not exclusively, the Trade Descriptions Acts 1968 and 1972, the Race Relations Act 1976, the Sex Discrimination Act 1976, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 and the Obscene Publications Act 1959 and also including any legislation or regulation, such as those relating to the provision of financial services, which apply to specific advertisers, products or services, as may be amended or revised from time to time;
(iii)   the advertisement as originally submitted to CIAT or as subsequently amended on the instructions of the advertiser does not infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.
