Tara Page
Tara is responsible for the strategic management and operation of the Institute, presiding over all departments, projects and staff. She works closely with the Executive Board and Council to develop and implement Institute policies and practices. Tara represents the Institute on various external committees and acts as the face of the Institute at corporate events and conferences.

Joanne Rowlands
Joanne manages the Executive Department’s projects and events, provides support to the Chief Executive, and works across Central Office departments to support projects and events.

Sandra Pecenkova
Sandra works within the Executive Department and provides general day-to-day support to the Executive and Membership Departments. She also assists with organising Institute events, processing membership applications as well as providing general administrative support to all Departments.

Adam Endacott
Overseeing the Creative & Communications Department, Adam is responsible for the development and implementation of the Institute’s communications strategy, with the intention of expanding the influence and reach of both Architectural Technology, the membership, and the Institute itself. This includes presiding over the Institute’s publications, website, social media, marketing, sponsorship, and the AT Awards. In addition, Adam is the Editor of Architectural Technology Journal and acts as the Institute’s Archivist.

Donna Chappell
Donna develops and manages various Creative & Communications Department projects to create innovative tools and services for the Institute’s members and affiliates. She also works to foster, influence and nurture relationships with the media to create a voice for the Architectural Technology community.

Tim Fraser
As the Publications Executive, Tim manages, develops and edits CIAT’s publications and documents, including the Architectural Technology Journal, the Annual Review, press releases, and copy for the AT Awards.

April McKay
April manages the website, leads on social media strategy, and edits the Institute's weekly e-newsletter, AT Weekly, and biannual aspiration magazine, helping to promote Architectural Technology and the Institute’s presence, services and activity.

Dr Noora Kokkarinen
Noora manages the Education Department, overseeing the development and oversight of education-related projects and activities. She oversees the Approval, Accreditation and Centre of Excellence processes, as well as all CPD-related activity and the Knowledge Transfer Network. Regarding apprenticeships, she is the first point of contact for educational establishments, prospective learners and employers. Together with the Head of Membership, Noora manages the Principal Designer Register and is jointly responsible for the periodic review of internal and external standards and frameworks, including qualifying processes.

Ashton Burns
Ashton supports the running of the Education Department. She manages the Approval, Accreditation and Centre of Excellence applications and visits. She also assists with the development and management of the AT CPD Register and Catalogue as well as the Knowledge Transfer Network.

Lily Donaldson
As an Education Officer, Lily manages the Approval, Accreditation and Centre of Excellence applications and visits. She also supports with the management of the AT CPD Register and Catalogue as well as the Knowledge Transfer Network. She administers the applications and interview process for the Institute’s Principal Designer Register.

Sharon Boyd
Sharon, as Head of the Finance Department, is responsible for the preparation of the Institute’s group and subsidiary financial accounts, managing the annual budget, payroll, and the external auditing process. She also supports Regional and Centre Treasurers and acts as secretary to the Finance Committee and subsidiary Company Boards.

Hannah Head
Hannah supports the Finance Department’s day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration. She also undertakes the secretariat function for the Finance Committee and subsidiary Company Boards.

James Banks CMgr FCMI
James oversees all aspects of membership, specifically recruitment, joining, qualifying, retention, and specialist registers (including Principal Designer, CIAT Accredited Conservationist and Chartered Environmentalist). Together with the Head of Education, James is responsible for the Principal Designer Register and the periodic review of internal and external standards and frameworks, including qualifying processes.

Megan Brown
Megan supports the management and implementation of the objectives relating to the Membership Department, incorporating recruitment, joining, qualifying, retention and specialist registers.

Diane Dale
Diane oversees the Practice & Technical Department and is responsible for the Institute’s practice and technical-related activities, including the Institute’s input into developing new and existing legislation and regulations. She ensures members and affiliates are apprised of issues that they need to be aware of, and oversees the production of information for members and affiliates in relation to regulatory and legislative issues and internal conduct requirements.

Natalia Simon
Natalia manages the Institute’s conduct and disciplinary matters, including Code of Conduct compliance. She also supports the development and management of practical and technical services and tools for members and affiliates, and manages Taskforce meetings.

Mervyn Pilley
Responsible for raising the profile of the Institute, Mervyn collaborates with the Policy & Public Affairs Executive on the strategic development and management of CIAT’s external affairs. He develops business relationships, creates collaborative and commercial opportunities, researches the external environment to inform the Institute’s strategic direction, and monitors the impact of campaigns and initiatives.

Jack Fleming
As the Policy & Public Affairs Executive, Jack is responsible for the development and management of external matters policy and public affairs services. He works alongside the Business Development & External Affairs Executive to develop a policy and public affairs strategy which solidifies CIAT’s position as the lead professional body for Architectural Technology.

Sarah May FCIAT
Sarah manages the Institute’s technical functions. She researches, analyses and interprets industry trends, technical information, policy, legislation and regulations as they relate to Architectural Technology, the Institute and its membership; ensuring that CIAT’s activity aligns with the changing needs of the sector.

Steve Fox
